Thanks for visiting our site! We are based in Quincy and have been surveying in the Panhandle of North Florida since 2001. Prior to that time, our founder (Douglas W. Nunamaker) worked in the Engineering Department for the City of Quincy. We travel far and wide to accommodate our clients’ varied interests. However, we generally cover areas from Tallahassee to Crestview, North to the Georgia border, and South to Ft. Walton. We also work along the Gulf Coast to Panama City, Apalachicola, Eastpoint and all points in between. Proudly serving Gadsden, Leon, Jefferson, Jackson, Liberty, Franklin, Gulf, and Washington counties.

Our company specializes in performing thorough and timely surveys to meet your deadlines, without excuses. After our initial research, we let you know upfront of any potential deed or any boundary issues so they can be addressed before closing. We can usually get a typical survey completed and back to you within two to three days from the time you say go. Larger and more involved surveys are also managed to ensure the fastest completion times possible.
